Donal Ashe, Community Manager at Quayside Quarter said:
“The team in Quayside Quarter started leasing our first phase of apartments earlier this year, with our first residents moving into their homes in January 2020. With the onset of COVID and the restrictions that followed, we were fortunate to be well placed for such a move as our online platform enabled a potential resident to view, apply and ultimately sign a lease electronically. We’ve also moved from physical resident events to an online experience focusing on wellbeing, which ensured residents continued to feel engaged and in touch with our team during this time. Virtual coffee’s, quiz’s and regular Microsoft Teams meetings have ensured staff morale has remained high too.
There is no doubt COVID has presented a challenge to our team, but we have been able to adapt quickly, leveraging the experience of our Greystar colleagues across Europe and the US to ensure the safety and happiness of our residents. As restrictions began to ease, we’ve found our amenities have proven extremely popular with residents. The lounge and co-working space, as well as the onsite gym are proving particularly important as people transition to working from home more frequently.”
Living in Quayside Quarter has been a fantastic experience from the start. The facilities are amazing, with a beautiful courtyard and fully kitted out gym among other things. All of the staff are helpful, approachable and most importantly friendly! The team here have made Quayside Quarter into a community more than just a rented apartment which has been amazing.

Quayside Quarter sits in the heart of these Docklands, a thriving centre for commerce, a hub for innovation, world leading technology and financial institutions. Already home to well known companies, including WeWork, The Central Bank of Ireland and the National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA). Located on North Wall Quay, Quayside Quarter is the residential part of Dublin Landings an area destined to bring a renewed sense of energy to the North Docklands. Conveniently located only 5 minutes away from Docklands rapid rail station (DART) and right next to Spencer Dock light rail station (LUAS).
The on-site team operated uninterruptedly even during the most challenging times of a lockdown. Moreover, the team helped us to keep our spirits high by sharing weekly treats over the period of several weeks in the summer. Those treats were creative and relevant. The team has been working hard to bring our community together (while staying apart) that is especially important in these uncertain times.
