ido Student offers brand-new and thoughtfully designed student apartments in Cork. Students can choose from a an ensuite room in a flat with a shared kitchen and lounge, or a self-contained Studio room with kitchenette and living area all to themselves. Flat sizes vary from 4, 6 and 7 bed flat shares whilst Studios are also available for dual occupancy.
All rooms come fully furnished, offer smart storage and include all utility bills as standard. The residence will have round the clock security and is fully safe and secure. Curraheen Point also offers dedicated social and study spaces accessible to all including a fully landscaped courtyard and chill out area, study space and TV lounge.
Nido have developed a series of care and cleanliness commitments to ensure that Curraheen Point is safe for everyone. With a more rigorous and regular cleaning programme of social and study spaces, social distancing measures like floor stickers and bookable spaces Nido are leading the way on the new normal for student accommodation in Cork. They have also developed a full virtual events programme so that while students are still under restrictions they can look after their wellbeing and keep positive.
Curraheen Point is located a 20-minute walk from both University College Cork and Cork Institute of Technology. Prices start from €255 per week with 35 and 47 week contract options. There is no deposit to pay and contracts start on the 26th September 2020. Curraheen Point will also have a dedicated residence team, lead by General Manager Michelle, to ensure the safety, security and wellbeing of all residents.
