After a seller has accepted your offer the estate agent will ask you for the details of your solicitor and they will request a booking deposit. It's normally between two and five per cent of the total asking price and is used to show you're serious about buying the property.

But don't worry, if you change your mind or the surveyors report reveals significant problems you can still get a full refund on your deposit.

Crossy Road is a highly entertaining arcade game where players guide a character through busy roads, rivers, and train tracks.

Been using Nano Banana Pro for AI image generation recently. The Pro version handles more complex prompts and delivers sharper results — still powered by Gemini under the hood. Great for concept art and style experiments without any local setup.

Wow, I didn't expect that a booking deposit is just 2 to 5% of the asking price! And you can get a full refund if problems arise? That's amazing. While I'm sipping my coffee, I wonder if I could save more using an Amazon Promo Code for my next big purchase.

This made me very delighted since it gave me a valuable and significant lesson. I learned to appreciate what other people had to reduce the amount of stress in my life. A game that many individuals widely enjoy is: monkey market
