You've found a property that might be the one and you want to see more. Here are some tips that will help.

Make use of virtual tours

If the ad has a virtual tour take a look at that before reaching out to the agent. Virtual tours give you a great look at the interiors, shape and size of the home and can save you time viewing many properties.

Contact the agent

On Daft you can email or phone an agent. We recommending calling the agent with the number listed on the ad to see if there are any upcoming viewings you can sign up to.

Explore the property and area

Take a good look around inside and in the neighbourhood to make sure it suits what you need now and in the future. Read this article to find out what else to look out for.

Bring a notepad and take pics

In your buying journey you may have to few many properties. So make notes and take photos so you can refer to them later when deciding which one to offer on.

Other offers

Ask the agent what the current offer on the property is. That will let you know the interest and if it's likely to go over your budget.

Be confident

If you've ticked off everything else on the Buying Checklist so far then you're in an excellent place to be viewing homes. Once you found the home of your dreams you will be in the best position to start bidding.

geometry dash game helps players sharpen their reflexes and hand-eye coordination in a very engaging way. Every level requires accurate timing and quick visual processing to survive difficult obstacle patterns. As players improve, they naturally develop better reaction speed and more precise control during intense gameplay sections.
